Proposal
After the briefing, we provide a succinct proposal outlining the critical factors in the role/ person profile, the search plan, time frame, fee structure and lines of communication.

  • What motivates and de-motivates the candidate
  • Safety factors and knowledge
  • Qualifications and log book examination

Candidate Interview Report
We provide a written report which gives factual evidence and shows patterns of behaviour that illustrate the candidate’s skills, abilities, growth potential and development needs.We also include remuneration, expectations and any potential counter-offers.

Communication/Updates
We provide regular progress reports according to our client’s specification

Additional HR talent suited to our client’s corporate culture, albeit not right for the specific assignment in progress will be included in these reports
